If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our programs, just notify us within 3 days after registration of your enrollment, and we will issue a refund.
The OpenWebICT Money Back Guarantee Program is for new OpenWebICT students who have not previously enrolled in OpenWebICT School. Student or parent must notify OpenWebICT School of their intent to withdraw and request the Money Back Guarantee within 3 days from the date of registration. Money paid will be refunded upon receipt of returned course materials. Returned course materials must be in ‘as new condition’. If the course materials are not returned, or if they are damaged or used, the refund paid will be less a 20% materials fee.
